Yes. You keep full root (or Administrator) access, and our team works alongside you.
Can I switch from self-managed to managed later?
Yes. Open a ticket and we’ll add the managed service to your existing VPS.
Can I pay monthly or yearly?
Both. Pay monthly or yearly with M-Pesa, card or bank transfer. The one-time setup fee is waived on yearly plans.
Are backups included?
Not by default. Add automatic daily backups when you order, and our team will help you restore if you ever need to.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Move your managed VPS to a bigger plan from the Client Area as your needs grow, without reinstalling.
Can I get a refund?
